Define Scope & Requirements
Clients can either browse standardized Packaged Services (with predetermined pricing and turnaround times) or use our 5-step Project Wizard to post a custom brief outlining their preferred CMS, page count, and budget.
Select Your Builder & Align on Milestones
Review candidate proposals, examine past verified work in their portfolio modal, and establish 2 to 4 distinct project milestones (e.g. Wireframes, Frontend Build, Testing & Launch). Both parties agree on deliverables before any funds move.
Fund Escrow with Peace of Mind
Payment for each agreed phase is deposited into CraftGrid Escrow. Builders have peace of mind knowing the client is serious and funded, while clients maintain control because funds are only released after reviewing the work.
Review Deliverables & Launch
Inspect live staging links, test forms and mobile breakpoints. Request revisions if something is off-spec. Once satisfied, click "Approve Milestone" to release payment to the builder and celebrate your launch.
