Terms of Service

Welcome to CraftGrid. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and escrow policies.

1. Marketplace Purpose

CraftGrid provides a specialized two-sided marketplace enabling clients to connect with independent website builders, designers, developers, and web agencies for packaged services and custom website project briefs.

2. Milestone Escrow & Payments

All orders processed through CraftGrid utilize milestone-based escrow custody. Clients authorize project funding upfront, and funds are disbursed to builders strictly upon explicit milestone approval in the Order Workspace.

3. Platform Fees

CraftGrid charges a standard 5% platform administration fee on client milestone deposits to maintain escrow infrastructure, identity verification, and dispute resolution workflows.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final approval of project milestones and full release of agreed funds, all custom website design assets, Liquid templates, Webflow projects, and codebase deliverables transfer to the purchasing client.
